Robert W. (Charlie) Turner is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with over 30 years of professional experience including tax, accounting, finance, strategic transactions and advisory services. He holds a BS degree in Accounting from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Charlie began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young (EY) before advancing into finance and strategy roles with both multinational corporations and smaller companies. He also operated his own consulting advisory practice for a decade, advising and implementing strategic transactions and growth initiatives for several small companies and startups.
Taking a break from his professional career, Charlie completed a three-year full-time volunteer service assignment in Brazil for his church as a Mission President, where he and his wife together oversaw the training and supervision of hundreds of young missionaries and worked closely with local church leaders. He is fluent in Portuguese and conversant in Spanish.
