Robert W. (Charlie) Turner is a licensed CPA with over 30 years of experience in accounting, finance, strategic transactions, and consulting. He holds a BS in Accounting from Brigham Young University and an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Charlie began his career in public accounting with Ernst & Young before advancing into finance and strategy roles with both multinational corporations and smaller companies. He also operated his own consulting practice for a decade, advising and implementing strategic transactions and growth initiatives for several small companies and startups. Taking a break from his professional career, Charlie recently completed a three-year full-time volunteer assignment in Brazil for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, serving as a Mission President. In this role, he oversaw the training and supervision of hundreds of missionaries and worked closely with local Church leaders.
Now as the owner of Paramount Tax & Accounting CPAs in Kaysville/Layton, Charlie provides high-quality tax planning, tax return preparation, accounting, and advisory services to individuals and small businesses, helping clients achieve their financial and strategic goals. Charlie is dedicated to building strong, trusting relationships and being a reliable resource for his clients’ financial success. He is fluent in Portuguese and conversant in Spanish.
