I had a lot of questions about whether to file or not. Ashley Jefferies was able to help answer my questions so I understood in layman's terms. I now know what to do and when. She answered all over the phone. They made an appointment for my convenience and because I'm not filing this year, there was no charge. But she's available to talk if there's any more questions or any changes in my status. Great company and customer service!!
