John has been my tax preparer for over 20 years. The tax returns he prepared for me have always been accurate and provided the maximum dollars returned. The returns have stood up to audit scrutiny without any concerns noted.
John has been helping me with my income taxes for over 15 years. I own rental properties which makes it more complicated for tax preparation purposes.

Tax Accountant John Kinney served us exceptionally well……
Cindy and I came to John with somewhat of a dilemma on our hands, as we had sold a home and with our pedestrian experience concluded we OWED in the amount of about 30,000. We then tried to contact a Tax Accountant in an Annapolis and John Kinney offered to serve us in the very final days before the tax filing tax filing deadline was upon us…
He immediately allayed our fears and told us that from what we told him about the sail of the home etc. that our pedestrian assessment did not take into consideration depreciation on the property and value of the property at the time we began renting it in 2007….
John Kinney reassesse plugging in all factors we had overlooked in our favor and filed our taxes for us….
The final result was IRS returned to us $6900 and the State returned to us $9000…
We are abundantly grateful for John’s help and presence when we needed him most…
